SUP Fitness Sessions

Friday Mornings 9.30am 1 hours fitness session on a Stand up Paddle Board. �15 (Includes board and paddle) Rather than working out in that sweaty gym looking at a blank wall, join us out in the fresh air amongst beautiful scenery giving yourself that extra workout on the water. You're SUP fitness session starts with a gentle warm-up paddle followed by a mixture of exercises on the board - walk the board, waist twists, squats, planks, V sits and more. 100% effort hard paddle followed 50% effort paddle, repeated then ending with cool down. You will go away feeling great after a great workout in the fresh sea air.
