Weekend Forecast
30th March, 2012Weekend Forecast (route to pleasure):After a long hot week of summer weather this weekend it's cooling down but not raining. Tides are HT Sat, midday, Sun 13.20ish. There should be a couple of fine spots working this weekend for a bit of freeride sailing but not much to get excited about if you've only got a waveboard. Sat is Northerly 12-18knt at Daymar maybe more with the outgoing tide, Siblyback could well be worth a go in the afternoon too, you could also have a look under the bride in the morning on the Tamar if you don't want to drive. The South coast would make fine flat water paddling weather if is pleasant enough or even a lunch at Afferton Gifford if you fancy a river run. Sunday is looking less windy but Easterly so Bigbury is worth a look on the NEW BEACH WEBCAM though Magicseaweed. This could be good in the morning on the incoming top of the tide , but no real swell. Last few Wintersuits now on deal and a couple of bargain Pryde wavesails too. 10th March, 2012This weekends forecast: No wind this weekend, However Nice waves on the North Coast this weekend (best on Sunday) offshore and 5ft. Also This weekend has the biggest tides of the year. Therefore the Severn Bore will be on Starting at around 8.30am from Newham if you fancy a 10 min wave for a couple of miles this is the spot any local info ask me and I'll let you know the best spots for the bore.
